The season is going to start early this year. After we moved to a different greenhouse, it took a few years before we had the climate here under control again, even though the glass structures were not very different from the old location.
At the moment, the Argiro is in full bloom, and the Ice Cascade and Harwin are also early this year. The bud formation looks good, and the plants are beautifully colored.
This summer, we didn't have much extreme weather in the Netherlands, not many temperatures above 30 degrees Celsius, but we did have enough light after a very dark spring.
So it looks promising, but we'll have to wait and see; all the later varieties still have to develop their buds.
